Yes, it's this word but misspelled. I'm just lazy to fix it.

However, it's a good replacement for "Amateur Recording", 'cause it's shorter.

Handcam = Camera in hand = Amateur Recording

 

If you see something like this in the bootleg's setlist:

  1. Prison Song (cut)
It means that there's an incomplete video of this song included in the bootleg. 
This: 1. Prison Song (2 cuts) would mean that they are two incomplete videos of the song.
So, a cut would be the name for an incomplete video instead of the number of cuts in the song.
