Recorded from a czech national channel čt art. Deer Dance, Radio/Video, Question!, A.D.D. and Cigaro were not broadcasted. This broadcast features different camera angles compared to the orginal live broadcast. I had to convert the original MPG files to MKV, because DVDStyler was not able to author the DVD correctly (problems with chapters). There is also a jump from one VOB file to another during Lost In Hollywood, because I was not able to join these files without any quality loss (and the DVD was not working properly when I tried to join them directly in DVDStyler), although it's hardly noticeable when playing on a computer.
